Have you tried Holo launcher yet? Can even make folders in the dock, which is scrollable.

I see what you're talking about. I guess I should have been more clear. I want to create a folder where the apps are so I can load all the bloatware to one spot. Is there a way to create a folder on the page where the apps are?

Just change the way you look at your apps & then reorganize them so that they make sense to you?

Applications > soft button on far left(options?) > Layout > Category.

Now that you've done that, add some new Categories by pressing the Options soft key again, & then Manage Category, click Add, and then create a folder called 'Bloat - NEVER USE' & stick all the stuff you don't like into it, drag that category to the very bottom & be happy.
