Root help meid unknown

I recently unbricked my photon q now everything loads up but when i go to settings about phone and hit status min, prls, meid, etc are all unknown. is there anyway to recover this information so i can restore service to my phone.
 
found a motorola esn changer i download anyone know how that works. don't want to mess up phone more then i already have
 
I don't except to fastboot all the "system files" which did no it go so well the last time. I will ask some bigger guns if they know.
 
If you can, get to your phone dialer, and dial *#06#

That displays your MEID. See if it shows up there.

Unfortunately, without a removable battery compartment, you won't find it anywhere else on the phone, unless you still have the box, or a copy of your contract.
 
i tried calling sprint and they said there was nothing they could do about it. The battery is nonremovable so i have the number on the box but the phone can't be activated because the phone doesn't know anything about its self. I could never get the files to actually fastboot had to set as a backup in recovery and do it that way. think that could be the problem. for some reason anytime i try to fastboot anything i always get a variable not supported cannot flash error maybe i'm just doing something wrong
 
when i dial *#06# nothing shows up everything seems to be unknown. Probably just going to have to come up with the money to send it to motorola and have them fix it
 
i actually managed to get rsd lite to set it back to stock. It is up and running showing a signal but for some reason won't activate to call out picks up wifi and 3g data but no calls. have to call sprint tommorrow but i checked all the codes came back right so i think i'll just have to manually activate it through sprint
