Help HELP... Samsung Photo Editor for Note 10.1

I have a Samsung Note 10.1 and it is NOT rooted... I accidentally uninstalled the Photo Editor and I can not find it to re-install. I factory reset the unit and contacted Samsung and they said if it was pre-installed I can't get it back... I don't know why they would let you uninstall something that can't be re-installed. I have a Note phone and have lots of APPS I can't uninstall. Anyway I can use PS Touch but I mostly just use the Samsung photo editor as I usually just need a quick crop or comment and the PS Touch is way more than I need for most jobs.

Please tell me someone has the APK. I found one on XDA but it was for the phone not the 10.1. Also I am a computer tech and not an idiot the app is no longer on the tablet.. so please do not give me instructions on finding it on my tablet as other forums have done.

Thanks for the reply Neo, but that is for the Note Phones not the Tablet. I will not download on my tablet does not even list in a search. I did get the APK for another forum but it runs in a little tiny window in the corner and also does not come up as an option when I choose Edit on a Photo
 
I'll double check my Note 10.1 again. Not with me right now. If I can, I'll see if I can nab the apk file. I thought I got it from one of the app stores. Or I got confused with the different Notes I own/owned.

I've just checked and there is no samsung photo editor app on my tab, only ps touch.

Is there supposed to be some sort of stock photo editor app?

I don't have the tablet but I remember on the phone the first time I clicked edit and choose photo editor (which wasn't installed) I was immediately redirected to Samsung's app store.

What options does the tablet give?
 
I get PS Touch or Paint Artist.. PS touch works but too MUCH I usually just nee a quick edit and PS Touch is too involved.

Wonder what would happen if I uninstalled those although not sure I can get PS Touch back if I uninstall

yes.. so if you pull up a photo and click edit .. it used to go right into the editor.. and to see in applications I had to go to ALL was not listed in downloaded.

Now I get a pop up asking if I want to use PS touch or Paint Artist
 
I tried setting PS Touch and Paper Artist to Disable (As they can't be uninstalled ... had the Editor had this I would not be having this issue) anyway said not installed do you want to go to Samsung apps and download and I said yes and then got a pop up that said not available.. clicked okay and have had a spinning Loading circle for like 10 minutes now :( Not looking good
 
Sorry for late reply. Was out most of the day and came home tired.

I just checked my Note 10.1 and it does not have the Photo Editor app from Samsung. And you are right, it does not show on any of the searches in Google or Samsung app store. I guess I confused it with one of the other Notes I have/had owned.
