Does anyone know if there is a way to get a little better signal strength? I have a s2 of course boost and I have the ftw rom. I get probly a bar or two at my house and I really would like to be able to get a couple more bars at least.. Don't know if any apps really do work haven't tried any or if there is something else I can do to boost it a little bit. Thanks alot...

First off apps that claim they get you a better signal do not work. They work by cycling the phones cellular radio off then on forcing the phone to actively seek out the strongest tower. Sometimes a phone will hold onto a tower it is connected to when there is one that is closer, but that is rare. These apps actually waste battery. If you live in a poor signal area, you can do a couple things. First option is to buy a cellular repeater, but expect to pay at least 300 dollars for a decent one. The next option is to use WiFi for your data and turn off 3g (your cell signal for phone is still limited but your data will be much better).
