While you were relaxing, I had a 2 hour workout... just a cat nap my dear.

Can you keep X under control . He seems to be having stroke symptoms. All those big words and all.

I'm hurting today as I got a good work out in yesterday.

X, big words...never. Probably just some across the pond stuff that we don't understand ;):)

Working out is going great but I'm having trouble kicking the smokes. I'm sore as heck. Worked out last night for 2 hours. Crucial.

Well, I'm not an expert on English or anything, but I'm sure we have even & evan, but maybe I'm wrong, I think it's a bit like neither/nither, either/eIther but I'm not sure. I'm probably wrong so just ignore me, or at least my spelling.

Coming from you lot who cant even spell colour :p /end dig

That's the thing, the real X can't stand up, he's busy claiming the soon to be expired and watching the hour glasses (any Pratchett fans in the houuuuse)
