Oh man! I am so looking forward to Chicago pizza that I had a momentary loss of memory considering shellfish..... .

Maybe shellfish pizza?

We do a clam pie which is really popular and a New Haven staple. Really simple. Olive oil, lots of chopped garlic, chopped clam bellies and light on the cheese. When it comes out garnish with some more olive oil and chopped oregano.

I'm bringing a bunch to work to share. Hoping my lady does the same. She showed her coworkers the photo I sent her and they were excited to try it.
Going to pick up some more ingredients at the store to see what else I can put together.

Just had brunch.

Egg sandwich /2 eggs, cracked into a frying pan, (break yokes so they marble over the whites) drizzle on some cajuan hot sauce, grind over some chilli flakes, prep bread with marg + cheese (marure) when cooked, (both sides) add egg, trim edges and add to sandwich. Oh yeah.

Now back in bed to chill out until sleepy time.
