Help 1080P video problem

Hello everyone i am having an issue with playback of 1080P videos that I record., I am noticing static on playback on phone and computer. Like I said this only occurs with full HD videos. Any help would be gladly appreciated.

Stock GC01 Boost the static is in the audio thanks for your reply

I've pretty much noticed the static in varying levels on every rom I have flashed since I was rooted. I just deal with it now. Sucks but I've tried everything.

I have been trying all the video modes to see if I can duplicate anything like static, but to no avail. Just curious, did you have the issue on the stock ROM the phone came with?
