Root [Verizon] Can i unroot after /0?

Well i have the dreaded /0 directory when i flashed a 4.2 rom. It has left my phones memory with 401mb left. So my question is how should i unroot my phone so i can clear my SD card and root again. I definitely will not flash the 4.2 roms again though. I would much rather start fresh.

As in using any root browser, move everything from the 0 folder into the root directory of your internal storage

Can i do this on my computer or is it recommended to do it with astro or a file manager on the phone itself? On my pc I could just click and drag over the files from /0 right onto the root directory
