Speaking of rebates...

Finally got my email on April 16th, I wonder how long after the email I'll see my rebates in the mail. My phone was activated the last week off February, rebates mailed in during the first week of March.

What they're gonna do here is say you're trying to scam them and it's gonna take even longer.. when me & my peeps did this for the connect my cousin & both got a connect and my girl got the attain, they said we were trying to scam them by sending in two rebates for the connect, took us about 5/6 months to get our rebates back over that shizz. My advice be patient

I would be happy if they would acknowledge receiving it at all.

They've had mine for 45 days now. They actual said, "finished processing".

But, that it may still be *6 MORE weeks* before the card is mailed to me.


Now what kind of dumb ass sense does that make. That's just purposely being an ass. To actually say, we'll, we're actually done with your rebate but we may take another 6 weeks to, you know, actually Mail it.

So see, "we got your paperwork" is only the Start of the fun. :rolleyes:

it's been 63days for me and they still say processing. i never understood the whole mail in rebate thing.
 
they can take up to 90 days to process and send out the rebate. This is why i usually don't buy a phone on rebate, I generally wait till they do an instant rebate. but the Spirit was so enticing i didn't care if i got an instant discount or not.
 
I don't ever buy a phone and care about mail in rebate...after the countless phones I've bought, I've never received one except from US Cellular lol. I think it's a scam and nobody gets them lol
 
I've been with metro for about 6 years, and I've always received my rebates.

This is the process I take to successfully receive my rebate....

---Fill out form and mail it
---Never check on it once
---Completely forget about it and never think about again

Then months down the line it arrives like a nice little surprise. lol

Their rebate program is the worst ever. So sick of setting it show that it's in final processing. I'm glad I stayed long enough to get my rebate, but alas I'll be leaving for better service within the next week.
 
Then you got dibs on shit, because that's what I got with this service. Enjoy! I'll be enjoying my HTC One and Nexus 4... ;p
