Pre-Order date changed to 18th

Not sure if this has been posted but the Pre-Order date has changed from the 19th to the 18th:

HTC Incredible?

I'm up for a 2 new year upgrade, will I get an even more discounted price then the $200 which is only stated for a new contract. Since I'm upgradeable with the 2 New year, anyone know the price tag?

Edit: Picture on link changed back to 19th. Will post screenshot if it changes back again.
Edit 2: View the source of the page it still shows the 18th in text format instead of the 19th as of 8:07pm EST.
 
I was under the impression that people using an NE2 upgrade that pre-order online would receive the $200 price plus an extra hundred dollars off (possibly mail in rebate? tho I don't know for sure.)
 
The NE2 discount should be in addition to the other discounts. So take the new 2 year agreement price and subtract whatever discount you get for the NE2.

Where are you seeing the 18th?

I checked earlier when someone on here posted this...it did show the 18th but must have been changed back to the 19th...
 
If I see it again I'll post a screenshot, should of done that to begin with. My fault, at least you all didn't eat me alive calling it fake. :)
 
If I'm on vacation in FL at the time and buy the phone at Best Buy or a Verizon store down there would I have any issues if I came back to NY and needed some sort of exchange/return/service or whatever?

Doesn't Best Buy give you the same price but let you do away with rebates? Pros / Cons?

Will you be able to pre-buy this at a regular best buy store and pick it up on the 29th or only at best buy mobile stores?

I was hoping the same thing. If I do it with best buy I have a coupon to automatically receive 500 rewards points on top of the price of the phone. That's and extra 15 bucks. not much, but hey.

What exactly gave you that idea?

The phone will be 299 with a 2 year contract and then you can get 100 back using a rebate.

I doubt there's any way to get it lower than that.

got a bby preorder question,

I know that you can pre-order from BBY starting tomorrow. Will any of the bby 10% or12% reward zone coupons or the post office bby 10% coupon work if you buy the phone full price from BBY.

Probably not, there is probably an exclusion, or a clause VZW has with new phones.
 
Does anyone know what the price will be to buy the phone outright? I just upgraded my ne2 and bought the eris. I want to sell the eris and buy the incredible when it comes out. Any ideas?
 
When I signed up for update e-mails from verizon here: HTC Incredible (which has the pre-oreder date listed as the 19th)
I got an email from them with an image that quotes the 18th as the pre-order date. I realize it's incredibly (haha) stupid to even care about such minutiae, but, then again, I am obsessively lurking on websites awaiting the release of a phone, so I guess it's par for the course!
