Help HTC EVO V 4G No service

I have a rooted HTC Evo v 4g, running harmonia 3.17. I have had service since I've rooted. I've done all the things I could think of (PRL update, profile update, and a factory reset). Before I did the factory reset i could not update my PRL or profile (error code: 1233, and error code:1012). It's draining my battery like crazy. Any help is appreciated!

It could be a bad radio firmware.
 
I have not tried reflashing harmonia. My kernel version is
3.0.16 g4211684
htc-kernel@u18000-build-144 #1
SMP PREEMPT
 
Id make a backup of your current setup, And then wipe all partitions(except your SD card), and reflash Harmonia. It may be a bad flash.

Are you using 4ext or twrp? If your using 4ext, You NEED to have smartflash enabled if you are still S-On.

I'm using a custom twrp recovery. I don't think it's a bad flash because I've been running harmonia for 2.5 months and I've been having the problem for 2 days

Hmm. Have you tried to go to a different part of town or a different city to see if maybe its just an outage in your area?
 
I haven't changed anything, and there's been nothing from vm ota. The only things that I have updated in the past month are profile and PRL.

I have a problem from time to time that virgin mobile will send a wierd type of update and if i dont let it go trough all the way(sometimes it can take 5 minutes) it will not let me use any cell services and tells me I have no service at all.

Edit: I think it is a profile update.
 
Alright, I'll call and see if there's an outage. If there isn't one any other suggestions would be appreciated!

Call and ask if they can send you an "forced profile update" that's what I had to do to get my hot-spot working. It makes the phone to receive what services its allowed to use. (hoping that you have service for the phone to receive the "hit".)
 
Has this issue started around the time your monthly payment was due?

My payment was made, however, due to a error on there part it didn't fully register. Which restricted the use of my phone. See the post in root section if you want to skim through my symptoms and what I tried prior to VM fixing it.
