Root [Verizon] Help with factory reset!

I put myself into some hot water and I don't know how to fix it!

I've been running cyanogenmod on my GS3 for a while and today I got a GS4 so I figured I would sell mine. I wanted to do a factory reset to sell it, I loaded into teamwin and to be honest I never mess with it. I accidentally deleted the back up it had made for me and I cleared the cache and I was so lost I just started pressing anything that said reset. (yes stupid of me)

Now my device wont hard reset it just loads up the cyanogenmod screen and stays there. cant connect to PC because MTP fails and Kies wont load it ether.
Anything I can do to save it?:confused:

Id maybe post this in the All Things Root forum for your carrier version as well for more expert help mate ;)
Ive never used TWRP but i cant think of what youve wiped to prevent the phone from fully booting.
Can you still get into recovery?

Welcome to the forums!!!

Good news is, I'm 99% sure you arent bricked. You are just in a bootloop and need to either re-flash a ROM or return to stock via Odin

You can get back into recovery by pulling battery, putting it back in, and then holding power, home, and volume up

I've tried but when it hits the teamwin screen it just loops back and eventually goes into the boot screen for cynomod.
