Help Sign out of App Store and GMail?

This should be easy, but I can't figure out how to sign out of GMail, and how to sign out of the App store.

Want to share the tablet without having my email exposed, or giving kids access to the Amazon App store.

You cannot sign out of those. What you can do is use an application locker/ kid mode that alllows you to set a password for any apps you want to restrict access to.

when Android 4.2 arrives in 2-3 months there will be the possibility to have multiple user accounts just like on a PC.

App Locker is what you are looking for. Search for that name and you will find loads of apps.

I almost suggested this one but changed my mind based on the terrible play store reviews.

You will be better off using an app to create a second account on the tablet. I do not know any app names, but I am sure there are ones like that and 4.3 will also bring multiple users.
