[Verizon] VZW Galaxy Nexus Radio not functioning help?

Hi,

I rooted my phone and I have had it for almost a 2 years now and I just recently have been having issues with the radio in the Galaxy Nexus. It would disconnect from the Verizon Tower entirely and say "No Service" in the notification bar. So, I decided to flash a radio from here, LINK. That didnt help at all and it just made me still have no signal. I do have the newest baseband installed, I have flashed a different ROM. and Factory reset my device. Pic:

Plus, I have everything MEID,IMEI,ICCID,Ip Address (with wifi turned off)- Except the service state is Out of Service and sometimes the Mobile network state is "Disconnected"

Any help would be great!

Go to Settings-->More-->Mobile networks. Is Data enabled?

Yes, data is enabled. I have switched network modes from LTE/CDMA to CDMA and no luck.

It also seems where I get service with 2 bars and it says "4G" above it but quickly goes away after 20-30 seconds.

Get a new SIM card from VZW. Be sure to flash back to stock and lock the bootloader to see if the problem persists before going into a store. That is my best advice. Let us know if you need help doing so.

Unroot as well. If that wasn't obvious. My bad. :o

Ok, well I have been having these issues with unrooting. I got a new sim card and they said I had to activate it over wifi... which wasnt working. I still have the original sim and the new sim they issued.

I was told to follow these instructions to unroot my device: (I have a mac and pc so if you want me to try something on either system, i can do so.)

and this is what happens when I try and unroot it:
I rebooted my phone and I still had root after doing this:
Terminal command:

sending 'bootloader' (2308 KB)... OKAY
writing 'bootloader'... OKAY
rebooting into bootloader... OKAY
sending 'radio' (10496 KB)... OKAY
writing 'radio'... OKAY
rebooting into bootloader... OKAY
sending 'radio-cdma' (3722 KB)... OKAY
writing 'radio-cdma'... OKAY

checking version-cdma... FAILED

Device version-cdma is 'unknown'.
Update requires 'I515.EK05' or 'I515.EK06' or 'I515.FC04'.

A person said that the system, user data, boot and recovery didnt install nor overwriting the system rom. He suggested trying a new usb cord and i did, but it wouldnt get past writing radio-cdma.

Command:

* daemon not running. starting it now *
* daemon started successfully *

Cool. All you need to do is flash an older radio and the do the process again. That happened to me once.
