How hard is it to remove fingerprints? It was literally impossible for me to get them off of the protector that came with my touch, which I trashed in a day.

Just go on the Verizon website and change your plan. It's pretty simple.
I'll be doing my pre-order through vzw and having it delivered to my work. We get daily deliveries before 10am on overnight shipments so it will be there first thing in the morning. Then I'll be able to let it charge fully at my desk without the temptation of playing with it since I'll be at work
no temptation?? omg that would be just too much temptation for me... just dont turn the power on.... lol... I would be loading apps on it all day long if it were anywhere around me....

I was looking at the crystal because fingerprints/glare doesn't really bother me. What I really want is scratch protection with out a case. How is the crystal for scratch protection?

I've only had it for a few days, so I would hate to give you a good or bad review, maybe someone else on here who has had it for longer can comment. So far so good though.
No, easy as using the included cloth.
You are correct, but they have protectors for all major devices so I'm sure it is only a matter of time.

So they give you the phone at the 2-year contract price discount, but not the extra $100 off that NE2 provides? That sucks because once you upgrade your NE2 resets. I guess I'm getting mine directly from VZW also.

They don't. I have a corporate discount from a company I left over 2 years ago. I have switched many phones and the discount keeps going. I actually told them that hey I don't work there anymore, and the CSR told me to not worry about it. I was like ookkaaayy.....

why would they lose a sale over something VZ gives automatically. I am going to bb tomorrow and if they dont give me the NE2 discount Ill just order online... anycase I dont think that sounds right.
that will work UNLESS the company is not in their system... which might be tha case for the guy u responded to.

Right. some Best Buys have a mobile store INSIDE, but they won't show up on the website because it's not ONLY a BB Mobile. I've already got mine pre-ordered from a regular BB with Mobile inside

I just called BB and they said they DO do the NE2.. so you might want to doublecheck that for the guy that said BBM doesnt do the NE2 discount.
Exactly, it very possible that Verizon won't LET BB give the discount.

Ugh I just called the best buy in Selisgrove, PA - it was just built and they have best buy mobile.
The guy I talked to said "he hadn't heard anything about a pre-order" and took my number down and said he would call me back.
I seriously can't believe more people haven't been calling about it.

Not around here (Oklahoma City area). I called 3 Best Buy stores. They are aware of the DI and the April 29 release date, but they are not aware of a pre-sale or pre-order starting tomorrow.
I was hoping for an eager salesperson to invite me in to preorder tomorrow and hint about being able to pick the phone up early, but alas, no.
I wonder if some of the BB store managers are just taking it upon themselves to sell a $50 gift card and put people on a waiting list since they're getting calls for it from all the Best Buy Mobile buzz (and obvious confusion). I didn't even know there were stand-alone BBM stores 'till yesterday. They seem to be only in a handful of states.
I'm on an ACII plan and all the android phones on the website show that they are compatible with my plan. Sure hope the Incredible is too, because I don't want to change it.
