sim lock after JB update for I9100m

I recently update my SG S2 to jelly bean. And it was a success.
But my phone asks for sim lock code. How can i unlock my phone?
Can anyone please help me!!!

I have the korean version, shw 250s,
of galaxy s2. It was converted to
i9100 when i bought it second hand, a
year ago. It was running android
2.3.4 and recently i decided to update
it. I upgraded it to 4.1.2 and after
that it says 'not registered on
network' whenever i try to call or
message. I tried installing 4.0.1 but
the problem presists. The lock screen
is also not appearing and long
pressing the power button switches
the phone off.
I live in pakistan.
I have tried all the applications for sim unlock but none worked.

Hello and welcome to Android Forums helangel! :)

I can see immediately where your problem is I'm afraid. :(

The SHW-M250S Korean variant of the Galaxy S2 has different hardware and software to that of the Samsung Galaxy S2 GT-i9100 and, "converting", it to run on the GT-i9100 firmware is a case rooting and then adapting the stock Samsung GT-i9100 firmware with various mods so that it will work I believe.

By flashing a straight stock GT-i9100 firmware to this phone you will have un-rooted it and destroyed the mods that enabled it to run.

In essence, by flashing the firmware, you have taken away the," conversion", and will either need to flash the stock Samsung firmware for the M250S or re-convert it again... or both!

Unfortunately, I have never had to do this but here are some links on how to convert the M250S to the GT-i9100...

Korean Galaxy SII M250S / M250K / M250L Users

Successfully convert SHW-M250S to I9100

Turn your SHW-M250S/K into a GT-I9100

There may be other links that you can Google.
