If your payment record is good they will bill it to your account. Done it several times...

Dexter is a great way to kill time. Love that show, I'm impatiently waiting for the next season, it's so addicting. Kind of like this forum.

The verizon site will probably go down anyway there are way too many people foaming to get this phone.
I dont know why it would matter when you pre order, if your going to bother, as long as its by the 28th you get it by the 29th.

I know everyone keeps asking questions about New Every 2, but I have to say I am completely confused by the whole thing. I am up for a new 2-year agreement, so I plan on buying the Incredible for $200. So what does NE2 have to do with this? A dumb question, I know -- so dumb that searching Google for the answer just has Google shrugging its shoulders and calling me an idiot.
 
If I remember correctly the Moto Droid preorder didn't start till several hours after midnight...hope this one's different. Not that it matters for me since I'm in the hospital all night for tests anyway. :( Had to be scheduled tonight...right??

Yeah, its very addicting. I needed something else to watch now that Lost is done. And I fear this forum will only get worse when we actually get the phone...

Ugh...don't know if that was intentional or not but UGH!!!! :P

Either way..I'll be walking into a Verizon Store tomorrow to ask them to hold one (who knows...I've heard mixed about them doing that for corporate) since I have a ton of questions when I do purchase it.

Plus as a member of the unemployed....I can go in when they open that day. Get one immediately. Not have to take off work!!!

On a different note (Dexter made me think of it) has anyone had any experience with yxflash (sort of the videolan for android...plays anything..including divx and xvid). I know that HTC said that divx support is coming for the Desire but who knows for us on this side of the pond.

Congratulations on your catch, I thought I may have been the only one to observe it was the sellers first sale but wanted review all prior posts before posting. All, be cautious purchasing from an eBay 1st time seller.

No, they don't yet. I was saying that I hope they do. Yes I was speaking of fingerprints. You will still leave them but people say it's a lot less than with other crystal protectors. They also have a anti-fingerprint model that doesn't look as nice but seems to allow your finger slide much easier on the screen.

hey guys, been lurking for a while and just joined. i'd like a little help from you guys if possible. i remember a few weeks, or days ago seeing posts from people talking about the best deals on the phone etc but i've been out of the loop for a while and missed the discussion...

my situation: i will be new to verizon. what would be the best way for me to go about getting this phone and setting up a new account with as little money as possible coming out of my pocket. are there slick deal loopholes for how and when to get this? best buy vs verizon store etc... ?

any feedback would be great

If you're eligible for a NE2 discount you'll pay the $200 minus whatever amount your NE2 discount is so probably between $99 & $149.

I don't believe I've ever seen an "option" online to do that as I've always purchased every new phone by speaking directly to someone at VZW. Ordering via the phone is the same as doing it online but you get the satisfaction of talking to a live person who confirms everything.

Oh wow, that sounds nice. I guess this will be automatically applied when I purchase through VZW online? Or do you know if there is a way to check on the NE2 status...? I see that it says I am eligible for an upgrade, but beyond that I am clueless...

the vzw site said orders placed by 4pm or whatever on the 28th will be delivered on the 29th, so im not really worried about being on the interwebz at 1201a. I value my sleep much more than an invisible placeholder.

for everyone who is giving me grief :rolleyes: about my desktop;

This is what it looks like when I'm using Rainmeter - a bit more sparse, to be sure. :D

But of course, in Rainmeter, I don't have a wallpaper, so no pic of the Incredible. :o
