Galaxy Nexus Watering Hole

Well I hope it's not a phone, I don't need for anything to tempt me bringing the replacement DNA I got back. :p

So my wife's grandfather's funeral was today. Very nice service. It was a huge attendance, I didn't realize how well known he was in town. There was a line for three hours for visitation last night too. Had a flag ceremony as a well, because of his service in WWII. I've been pretty scarce around here because my wife had been spending as much time as possible with him, so I had kiddie duty for the past two weeks as soon as I got home.
 
I can't believe they needed a huge event for that. Wouldn't a press release do the job? How many extra people do you think they'll gain because of the event...
 
Didn't they do this recently at another event? Was it MWC?

I don't know about yall, but seems to me this would insult people more than bring them in... Commercializing someone's ethnicity to try to enhance the companies profits?
 
Some good baseball going on in Hoover, AL this week. Stupid work getting in the way of me getting to go see it, lol.
 
Not yet. The bootloader is unlockable and there is root. If you didn't know? My friend sitting next to me got it before work and he's messing around with right now on our break.
 
Hi there folks!

I'm going to be a little scarce the next few days, my folks are coming in from out of town for our son's 21st birthday ( no, we are not getting him drunk :p ).

But I have a question for anyone here with Google TV: I can get a Logitech Revue for about $70 shipped. Considering that Android 4.2.2 is coming for it, is that a pretty good deal? Is it worth it?

Cheif...not sure about the Google TV stuff. I've never used any of it.

Unfortunately, 4.2.2 isn't coming to the revue. Google announced that it wasn't coming to any Gen1 Google TV systems. I have a revue and I can't wait to upgrade it. The hardware is so old (like 3 years) and it freezes and needs to be rebooted more than I can stand.

Anyone else here have an ios product they've tried installing Hangouts on? Two co-workers have tried and get a compatibility error every time they try to install. One successfully installed Google+ app and it has Hangouts built-in but he hasn't tried installing Hangouts since he got it working through Google+. I installed it on my wife's iPad fine, but it already had Google+ on it.
