Root [AT&T] CleanRom is up to 2.5 now with the 502.12 Base

Ok so I'm slightly a newb and also using a Mac which makes every thing difficult. So I'm trying to flash this rom on my rooted HTC One with TWRP. So when I download the Rom, it is a bunch of folders and a boot.img. It's not compressed so I compress it myself and then using android file transfer I put it on my HTC One. But when I do the wipe and try to install the rom, it fails every time. Any ideas on what I'm doing wrong?

Do you have Safari set to automatically unzip .zip files when you download? Disable that in Safari preferences and redownload. Copy the zip to your HTC One storage and the use TWRP to flash.
