After a PRL update in phone, I've been out of service for 1 week. I have been roaming for this week and there did have some outage and upgrade of Sprint towers in my area so I thought it was Sprint problem.
Thanks to this thread, I began to try to change my PRL.

There are enough threads for the details, but there are different parts from different threads needed, so I think to write a combined version for Marquee could be helpful.
0. If you are using non-stock ROM, you may need to backup first, flash stock ROM, do the steps below(because the pc software cannot connect to some non-stock ROM), then restore your backup. It seemed that user of MarkyBeats don't need to flash back. This procedure is not as difficult as it sounds, take less than 5 minutes in my phone.
1. Get your MSL, which works as an unlock code. The easiest method(which reminds me the old days of palm app):

2. Install LG drivers. The guide came from cdma workshop thread, I'm not sure if it's still needed for the DFS method I'll mention here, but I installed them anyway.
Step 2 and 3 of this thread

3. Get Sprint PRL here, it gave me better signal in my home. Although I'm not sure what's the difference between Sprint corporate and PRL get from phone, because they seem to use different naming order. You can also find some Sprint PRL in DFS when it connected to its server. Or maybe newer Sprint corporate PRL will be posted in this thread.

4. Use DFS to load PRL to your phone.

You don't need to use the dialer method mentioned in this thread (actually it have no effect in my phone). In my first run of DFS it was some window to register web login, after I registered and closed that window the real DFS application window popped up.
You need to connect phone to PC with usb debugging on, then choose the non-modem port in DFS, fill in your MSL code and click the blue button besides SPC. Then load PRL to your phone, reset your phone.
I'm still learning from forum, so there may be some errors in this thread, please correct me if you saw anything wrong.
