Is there anyone currently working on CM 10.1 for the Premia? There is also many articles on the internet that were out since the phone came out about how there will be a jellybean update... Is this true? Was it confirmed by Huawei? Thanks in advance.

Well, we would need a recovery before any custom roms could be flashed. I think shabby penguin was going to work on getting us CWM.

As for the update,I read that Metro backtracked on the upgrade, so I think it is a wait and see at this point.

Yeah there is multiple people saying because metro and T-Mobile merged not to expected an update anytime soon but who knows it could be a surprise

Also is there any real difference between ics and jb

Google now is why I was wanting jb, I have it on my n7 but it stays at the house, and google now Is kinda geared towards on the go info. I bought this phone thinking it was going to get upgraded to jb the day after I buy the phone huawei retracts the update :banghead::banghead:
