Help Earpiece Stopped Working

Over the weekend my earpiece has stopped working, so I cant hear people during a phone call (either the person or the dial tone). I cant think of any damage thats been done to the phone, but there is a bit of a rattle when you tap the back of the phone.

Has anyone else had a problem with the earpiece, or could I have accidentally turned it off?

If you tap the back of your phone, near the nexus logo, does your phone have a little rattle?

Solved - I contacted google customer support and they asked me to do a factory reset. This has solved my problem, but hopefully it wont happen again!

The rattle is normal, I think most n4's have it.

It's something to do with the autofocus mechanism in the camera iirc.

Although it wasn't as loud, my One X did it too.

There's a number for customer support in the email they sent you when you placed you order.
