Well, what are Rom are you running on your phone?
What have you done other than adding the Rom?
Any other scripts or mods?
Frozen any apps recently?

Have you tried going into Cwm Recovery and clear dalvik cache, then after booting into your phone. go back into recovery and fixing permissions?

I did all the recovery stuff I'm on stock vv3 rooted (Miami's) thats its it just randomly showed up this morning
