note II for primary internet source

I live in rural area and satellite internet has been my only option until now. I now have a galaxy note II which I am considering using as my only internet source. Using my note as a hotspot my computer downloads about three times faster than it does on my satellite internet.

My question is, will my phone stand up when used in this manner??
It does seem to get some what warm at times.

I pay almost the same for each subscription so it would be a considerable saving.

I have never owned a smartphone that didn't get hot under heavy usage, and there are many people who use their smartphones in the manner you're considering.

unlimited data but a slowing up of the speed until month is over when over 10 Gega Byites in month.

You could always get a stand alone hotspot from your carrier. That would remove the threat of long term damage to your phone.

Wow, that really sucks. I have unlimited and not throttled. Easily go over 300GB/month. But up in Canada.

No such thing available for me where i live. At least not from my cairier.
