how do i change roms ??? not sure how to get back to stock

Check out the all things rooted section, the sticky "now i can live without fear of bricking" will get you back to stock, booting into recovery by holding x when you power on and then flashing the rom is essentially how you can change it, do you have sprecovery?

If you still want Bugless Beast and you're willing to shell out $3 you could get the donate version of ROM Manager. It will let you flash ClockworkMod Recovery and the newest Bugless Beast directly from the program. You may want to wipe /data, /cache, and possibly /system before you install it. That'll wipe everything off your phone first.

You can also download the baseband update if you don't have it from within the Bugless Beast section of ROM Manager. You'll have to reactivate your phone but it's always good to have your baseband firmware at its latest version.

Yep, the author should be Koushik Dutta and it's called ROM Manager. You'll have to download the free version and then buy the $3 paid version over it; the paid app is actually just a serial to unlock the features in the free app. So free app first, then buy the paid app and you'll be able to download ClockworkMod, Bugless Beast, and Pete's baseband update.
