Root I'm a bonehead. Stuck in a clockwork recovery boot loop.

Alrighty.. So I excitedly downloaded and ran the new moonshine s-off method today.. everything went great!

I then downloaded Clockwork Recovery.. got it up and running and snagged the latest HTC Sense 5 rom. I popped it onto the storage.. wiped data and cache and ran the install from card.

Well for some odd reason I am now stuck in a boot loop that only boots to clockwork recovery.

I used to be fairly android saavy but I went through a dark time in my life and switched to iphone. I think the universe is now punishing me for my flip-floppery.

Can anyone help? Help me redeem myself and wash away the scarlet letter that my iPhone has emblazoned onto my soul!

did you wipe data or do a factory reset? if you wiped data that means there is nothing for your phone to boot to. It wiped out your storage and ROM. you will need to send a rom to your phone either over USB or ADB and flash it.
 
Ahh. Yeah I wiped data and cache when I initially went to install the rom.

Would you happen to have instructions anywhere for how to sent a functioning rom to the phone over usb or ADB? And does it matter which rom I use?

For USB just plug it into your computer and drop it onto the SD card. If USB doesn't connect, follow this. YOU WILL HAVE TO HAVE THE ANDROID SDK FOR THIS TO WORK

ADB Push ROM to phone
 
Yeah its really odd.. I have it connected to the PC but its not showing up as a drive when it boots into clockwork recovery. And when I click to "mount sd" nothing happens at all and it won't mount.

Do you think it would be worth trying a different recovery? Is that even possible?

you could reboot into fastboot and fastboot flash TWRP and try it there. IDK if that will work any better though. Give me a second to test. I'm running TWRP.
