OK, I think the OP means "tablet" when he said, "Ipad". At least, that is what it sounds like. I don't know of an Apple product called the iPad iPro. It sounds like it could be some obscure Android tablet.
I think you need to provide more information about the device. Can you tell us the manufacturer? What is the official name of the device. It should be listed in the manual.
