Help help with bluetooth

I need help with my samsung note. I downloaded a battery saver app from the play store and I turned off my bluetooth to save battery. Then when I turned on the bluetooth to use it, it would not turn on. So I did the usual and then a factory reset and it still wouldn't work. Does anyone have any suggestion?????
 
Uninstall the battery saving app. This kind of apps interfere with Android memory management and usually do more harm than good.
 
I just want to be sure I'm understanding this correctly.

You had paired a bluetooth device to your phone, but when you went to turn it on (after turning your bluetooth off), the bluetooth wouldn't connect to your phone.

Had you tried holding down on the bluetooth emblem (in the notification bar) and clicking on the bluetooth device that is paired? There are some devices that don't automatically connect, even after being paired.
 
thanks for your help. I just traded the note in for the samsung 3. I miss the size of the note but for now i quess till i save up some money. there were just too many things acting funny on it.
