As those of you who have VZW S4's know, Verizon has very kindly disabled "blocking mode" which is a potentially useful feature. The reason they disable it is clear - they want you to buy their own number blocking service.
Of course there are third party apps to do this, but it crazy for us to have to download an app to restore a feature that Samsung gives up to start.
There was a workaround available on the Note II:

I tried it on the S4. In fact, I can located blocking mode. But, once I try to run it, I get a forced close.
If anybody has a solution, love to read about it.
