HTC weather not refreshing

The wiget for the weather app is not refreshing and saying no able to retrieve data. This has been going on for a week now. Please help

I noticed that, but decided I didn't care, because I'm so used to the "HD widgets" clock (which has no trouble updating my location and the weather) that I don't need HTC's clock/weather widget

I actually had this issue for a while, and i figured it out. You need to allow Location Reporting. Here's how.....

Hold down the home button until the Google search window comes up, click on the 3 dots(menu) at the bottom right. Click settings. Click Privacy & Accounts. Click Google Location Settings. Click Access location. And make sure right below under your email account it says "on" for Location Reporting. It also improves speed with getting a GPS fix. Hope this helps.
