Root [International] recommendation for really good custom rom -galaxy note 2 (7100)

Hi guys,
sorry if the thread mention somewhere else, but I don't find it in quick search by title, so if do, let the admins do their job and move it :)

I'm generally interested in changing my ROM, because for the first time I have rooted device, and NOTE2 is convinient to experiment because of benefits in new ROMs.

I must say this
1) I want multiwindow all possible aps for that
2) I have an LAUNCHER 8, and I don't mind for others, so look is't matter here
3) I want my S Pen works, and battery live longer

I notice some MOON ROm which contains real multiwindow feature, and this is the real thing, but it's not necessary to have that.

I read many articles with "5 best ROM for GNOTE2 " and must notice that only two ROMs are in there most commonly, and others are very different.

Can someone recommend something really good? :)

THANK YOU ALL :)

Just get the cleaned version of Jellybean. I think there is one out there called Jellybeans.

I personally made my own for my tastes, I have never shared it and don't really plan on to since I do not want to constantly keep up with what people find wrong with it, but I would definitely check out Jellybeans. Then add to it how you want.

Omega rom is amazing.U can also try hawkish extreme or assasin revolution. There is also android revolution hd which is also great but i love my omega rom.Do google the features of all the roms and flash the one that suits u.

hm.... Here what I did...
Finally I took MOON rom, but when the phone was reboot, I was thinking it was stucked in the loop. ( only I have seen, is some alien gif. )
It last for maybe far more then 5 minutes, and I turned it off, and immediatly install new rom from zip, which I downloed it.
( Clean rom )

It turned out it was not complete ROM ( only about 100..Mb ) and on my phone lot's of stuff was just missing. My internal SD card was also not boot, and phone actually was seeing it, but as a complete empty ( 0 kb ).

And I lost my IMEI also, so phone wasn't able to find any network, or call .
Soooo, then I really freaked out, and try to restore backup my original ROM from my backup on computer.
DAMN,
md5 check was missmatch ( known as a very common error )...

I was on the internet for about 5 next hours trying to get it out, how to fix that.
I find some solutions, it was already solved in cases like that,
and the easier way to solve this is to install some aplication on your phone ( which obviously must worked for that kind of step inside )
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1606047
so because I was not able to do anything wit my google play, I just decide to download new ROM,
install and fix that.

I decide to try to install Hawkish international ROM from clean start ( and with this procedure Cant Mount Internal SD Card? | CheckROM )

and boom, everything was here again. Phone working.

NOW.... I'm thinking about some new rom, cause I notice this one is definitelly not fast ( don't know why ).
It has plenty of options, but I don't know how to get the best of it.

Notice some laging when I came again into the home screen from locked one, and again, if I lock screen off, I notice some animation like the OLD TV turned out ( with spot lightning in the midle of catod tube ) . http://www.guidingtech.com/16418/lock-iphone-old-tv-effect/
It appears every time when I hit lock button on screen, or power button on the side.

Strange. Kind of cool, but again, it not happened every time, so I think it's some ROM failure, or settings which are not quite correct.

Tell me about OMEGA ROM? ;)

yeah, that's what I'm talking about.
How about multiwindow feature(s) ?

Can you add all of your aps into it?

I must say, this is the first ( and maybe crucial ) reason why I'm changing ROM.

battery life is the second one :)
