I've helped 3 people who have had this problem and nothing has seemed to work. Not even a hard reset.

Does anyone know how to fix these problems?

Here's just a list of the problems I've been noticing

* PRL won't udpate
* 3G Speeds are significantly slower
* The phone freezes up a lot, sometimes to the point you have to pull the battery
* Very slow load times for apps, even things like Contacts and messaging
* SD Memory being erased

Mine worked fine after the update. My girlfriend however, had to deal with the phone freezing & eventually crashing. Then it never came back on.

no problem at all did u did the update the legit way is the better saver way

At this point i disagree. The "legit" way has bricked many phones. I don't know of a single phone that has been bricked flashing b11 from cwm.

Yeah, I was hoping that that thread might help ppl consider cwm/rooting to help with their SD problems if similar or just in case :beer::cool:

Yea flashing from cwm seems to be the way to not mess up your phone. It is unbelievable that we have to hack their code to make their own official update on their own device work properly. All sorted now though ;) You can even flash the unmodified no root rom and let it replace cwm with stock recovery bringing you back to 100% stock b11.

I've had to deal with this problem a few times in the past 2 days. Even my boss's daughter has this problem. I've had to tell everyone that their only option is to contact ZTE for a warranty repair...and ZTE is probably the most difficult to work with.

yeah i can agree with that they are hard to work with. i had to call them twice before they sent me the email they were supposed to for my wife's phone, and they gave me a free shipping tag for the actual shipping but i have to pay $9.99 for a box that is specifically for cell phones, I'm not complaining cause that a whole lot cheaper then going out and buying a new phone all together but it has to be shipped FedEx.
