Android Facebook App- Go rate it LOW!

I'm a social person and I use FB all the time, I just got an Ipod Touch (as much as I regret getting a apple product, all my sterio's and car kit only works with Ipod) but their FB app is amazing compared to ours.

So in a attempt to get them to notice, if everyone rates their app LOW maybe we will see some changes?

Yep the Apple FB and Linkedin is well developed. Give it another 12 months for android. The developers know and it will get up to par with Apple. Personally I like browsing on the full sites (non mobile) with N1..

This has been discussed before.

Apparently Apple were so difficult to work with making the FB app that FB said that they would not work closely with anyone else.

This means that Android developers do not have access to all of the information required to easily make a fully featured Facebook app comparable to the iPhone one.

Yeah I've read that story a few times before aswel. If it's true then facebook is just being a big lamebook about this. You'd expect an infant to uphold such an attitude, but surely grown buisnessmen should know not to go crying over an isolated incident and just embrace the android market like the huge rising influence over the mobile landscape it is.
Besides, what did they expect from apple?

In short: FB ceo's = bunch of crybabies and doodooheads!

I totally agree with you guys! On iphone you can set favorite people you like to visit, use facebook chat, AND your notifications come through immediately!! If anyone finds a good app for droid, please let me know!

I mostly have an issue with the app wanting to go to m.facebook.com for anything, like inbox. It just doesn't work. Pointing to touch would be better. touch is better if you want a light experience online that is formatted to the screen. The full site is ok, but I hate reformatting everything, but I will use it to do the things that are for some reason missing from touch, like Sharing.

Users have been complaining about facebook for a while now and they refuse to update it. Sad

Bloo is the best on Android right now

I tried bloo, but it only allows 20 news feed posts? it has potential though.

Yeah new update is nice, still lacking real time notifications but at least the photos are integrated into the app. Very close now to the iphone's.
