Help Pinch to zoom issues? 2013 N7

So two finger pinch to zoom seems pretty wonky on my brand new Nexus, particularly in Chrome. Some sites more than others.

Anyone else have any experience with this?
 
Scrolling in Dolphin seems way too sensitive where the page will fly by with just a standard or even light flick. I love the screen and everything about the device so it's a minor gripe. Also the glass, while really nice feeling, can be slippery when trying to long press and keep the finger in the same place. Like when trying to move a home screen icon or long pressing a link in the browser.
 
I have purchased three Nexus 7.2 models for my family. That's in addition to mine. We've been using all four for ten days now. I put a lot of time on mine especially and it along with the others has been fast, fun and trouble free. ASUS did an excellent job with the Nexus 7.2

Seems the issue is picking up some traction. Hopefully google moves quickly.
 
It's rolling out, which means it will hit different devices at different times - usually it's done over a few days.
