Okay, so I gave up and threw my phone aside and i'm not even gonna bother anymore, after all that bullshit it isn't worth it. xD So does anyone have an Evo V they are willing to sell me?

Sorry Mods for posting here, the Root section gets more popularity! Please do NOT move into the regular section, as this is root related kinda since my phone is destroyed now and VM no longer sells the phone, unless someone knows where I can pick up a new semi-cheap one in Washington.

Check ebay I bought this phone for 300$ when it first came out, now it's like a third of the price. Another reason I left Virgin, phones devalue too quickly.

Make sure it's a clean esn too.

Hah I'm not so sure that's a problem specific to Virgin Mobile. At least VM didn't require you to sign a 2 year contract for it
