And I have read the other threads on here regarding this... but now after speaking to a Verizon rep... I'm even more unsure regarding this.
How often do you guys reboot your Note 2? And do you simply restart it or keep it shut off awhile, pull the battery... ?
My S3... I rebooted it sometimes- mostly when it acted goofy though.
Recently had a defective Note 2 swap out... the phone wasn't getting a signal from the network. The Verizon rep told me that I should have been rebooting the phone daily. I get it... I broke the phone by not rebooting it daily- LOL- but I'd never been advised to reboot daily in the past...
I asked him how long, battery pull, a simple restart... ??? and he wasn't real clear in his advisement.
So what IS the proper reboot protocol?
