Hey there guys, I was wondering if there was anyway to view/test an apk ona laptop/PC? Instead of having to install that apk and testing it?

You could install the Android SDK, and then install Eclipse, and use the Android emulator that is built in to Eclipse.. Takes a little doing to get it set up, but Google has step by step instructions on their website outlining how to do it.

I installed this and already had virtualbox. For some reason, it just isn't booting when I try to open the virtual galaxy s4.
