Help Unable to toggle on bluetooth

I can not turn my bluetooth on but wifi turns on as expected..This issue is not a recent one but had it since 2 or 3 month ago ( cannot remember the actual day it begun ) may be after the device is automatically updated ( after confirmation ) officially. I can't remember the os version I had on the tab before the update but right now its android 4.1.2 .check the specs in the image attached. I recorded what actually happens when trying to turn on the bluetooth. Pls take time to watch the short clip and help me to resolve the problem ...

No. Thousands of these units have received the upgrade and not experienced your issue. It's more likely due to the unit being dropped, or static electricity, or use of a non-standard generic charging cable, or a hundred other more likely reasons.

I never dropped the unit myself..but I share this tab with family...but I don't see any physical damage here....
I'm using the original charging cable I found on the package....
Static electricity...well my Samsung galaxy next turbo (GT-S5570I) is kept in the same place where my tab is....nothing wrong in my phone...Bluetooth and WiFi works as expected.....

Anyway is it something to do with flashing a radio...I'm new to these stuffs and had only flashed the ROM before.... May I try flashing a new radio....if then what's suitable for my device ?....I don't like to brick into no WiFi also ::rolleyes::confused:

Cyanogenmod does not support bluetooth. If the stock rom doesnt work it points to my suggestion of hardware failure.

Will this work anyway ?
And also my device is not P3100, it's P3110 - only WiFi no 3G..(you gave the link to the WiFi + 3G one).

I didn't say it was a hardware failure. You asked me how a hardware failure could happen.

Browse those sites for the appropriate firmware.

I don't know where the BT module is located, so therefore can't advise on which part(s) to replace.

May I download the firmware version originally came with the tab ?. It was ice cream sandwich.

I'm not going to do any more leg work for you. You've gotten yourself stuck because you didn't research the issue enough before you tried to install a ROM you knew nothing about.
