the frozen app is easy, use titanium backup and unfreeze it... i dont know why it keeps freezing, i had the problem a couple of time with that app being frozen too...
BYPASSED: line #812: is the boot.img... its not matching what the update wants.. this might be able to be fixed by trying different ones...
BYPASSED: line #810: is your modem... its not matching what the update wants.. how did you change that?
for the boot.img you can try a advanced restore from cwm and only restor boot
as for the modem i can give you a copy of mine, i just hope its not device specific
lol im feeling the sameThanks for all your help, but I'm done. I give up.

download [root] adbd Insecure read the description for a link to get it free
from the app enable insecure adbd
backup what you got:
[HIGH]dd if=/dev/block/mmcblk0p1 of=/mnt/extSdCard/modem.bin[/HIGH]from your sdcard move the new file "modem.bin" to a safe place on your computer...
then download my modem.bin
Extract the 7-Zip file
move the modem.bin to your sdcard
then push it to you phone
[HIGH]dd if=/mnt/extSdCard/modem.bin of=/dev/block/mmcblk0p1[/HIGH]reboot, goodluck

yeah, you got to use adb.... or you can use Terminal Emulatori get an adb error saying C:\Windows\system32>if=/mnt/extSdCard/modem.bin of=/dev/block/mmcblk0p1
of=/dev/block/mmcblk0p1 was unexpected at this time.

here is a simplified adb
unzip
connect your phone
click on cmd.exe
type: adb shell

were you able to pull the file one from your phone (the first command)?
you are rooted right? you will need to be rooted to push the file to your phone...
O... i see i put a shortcut in the simpleADB.zip instead of the actual .exe file... lol my bad...
re-download and try again
however it should have worked in terminal emulator
this is what it says when i run the command...but nothing happens...
shell@android:/ $ if=/dev/block/mmcblk0p1 of=/mnt/extSdCard/modem.bin
if=/dev/block/mmcblk0p1 of=/mnt/extSdCard/modem.bin
Its pulling the file... it will take like 3 to 5 minuts... wait... should not take more than 15 mins
it taks about 10 seconds...
