April last year Kies randomly decided that it wouldnt talk to my firmware anymore so I came on here and you guys walked me through flashing with odin

I ended up putting a generic LSN version of JellyBean on my Galaxy S2, which was great but its been a bit flakey ever since (reboots quite a lot and poor battery life), so it's time for me to do it again.
I should be fine actually flashing with odin as the guide on here is pretty good so just a couple of questions:
1. What firmware should I know go for? Been looking on SamMobile but not sure what I need. I want an unbranded generic version again.
2. I still have odin v3.07 from last time, will that still do the job?
3. Is there anything else I need other than odin and the actual firmware, and this guide?
