Kinda like how a Rolex watch sells for well over $5,000 when it only tells the time. i got a $20 watch that tells time, date, has an alarm, stopwatch, and light. why is it $20 when it does far more than the $5,000 Rolex? rich snobs... :p

For that matter, the smart watches do more than both. and for only $149. odd
 
What some people will waste money on. Rather than spend all that money on the gold iPhone, help a fellow out of debt and buy yourself a space grey one.
 
Gotta love how Apple always has these manufactured shortages to get more hype and free publicity. And it works every time.

Read the comments on the article. Although the description of events sounds bogus, the seller says the transaction was cancelled as the bidder entered the bid incorrectly.

I always looked at Rolexes as a jewelry piece anyway. :dontknow:
