Root Anyone know?

Hey guys. Does anyone know why the L9 every time I try to make a call it'll bring up a com.Google something error? Anyone know if there's a fix?

Did you root the phone and delete an essential service .apk?

I don't believe so it randomly started it is rooted though

I think it would help if you gave us the exact message and handle that is coming up so we could figure out the direction of what to do next. Could be multiple things as it stands right now.
