Sold my S4 and getting a Note III

Hi All,

Newbie here. I recently sold my S4, myself and the wife will be getting a Note 3 on ATT hopefully on Friday when its in the stores.

My question is the following, I backed up my S4 using Samsung Kies can I merely restore my backup to the Note 3 when I receive it? I also used Helium to backup the applications on my S4, so thinking I can restore apps via Helium when I eventually get my Note 3. thanks.
 
When you log into you goole account all your apps will install on your new phone. Also all your contacts if you saved them to your google account
 
Yea I do this every year now it's turning into a habit ... I sold my htc one and my Gs4 ... And I usually get the next iphone and note variant... Then in another 6 months I'll sell my iphone 5s and note 3 for the next htc and GS5 ... Well unless I have an upgrade then I might keep it ... But this has been routine the past few years... Lol
 
I'll do the same thing with my S3, the support from Samsung is terrible for this one, so it's time to get one that gets more attention:D
