Help Sudden battery drop

This happened before (after reboot) but not as much as this:

This is just ridiculous! What the hell is wrong?
I'm with Stock 4.1.2 ROM (rooted)
 
Makes sense because i've wiped battery stats yesterday from recovery mode.
How do i calibrate it now?

The official way to calibrate any smartphones battery is to restart it or let it die. If you let it die, keep turning it on until it won't start up anymore. Then stick it on the charger until it reaches 100% and then take it off and there you go!

Is it true? I never waited until my battery die before charge it.
