I have read that coming out is a process, not merely a decision. First one must admit to oneself that one is gay, next he or she must tell his or her best friends and family, and then, and only then, can he or she begin to live his or her life openly, rather than in the closet.

So, if this person, calling him or her self, "two point two," wishes to begin that process, we must support him or her from the outset. It's just the right thing to do.

They really should do something to make it more noticeable. If even the suggestions for threads already made that comes up when you're making a new thread doesn't help, then I dunno.

it says that it will have fm radio... if (and thats a big if) the eris gets 2.2 will it have fm radio too? or does that just mean that they enabled it so phones with newer hardware can have it?
 
I think I read somewhere that the Eris had something in the kernel for an FM radio but I could be wrong. They can activate it later on, yes, if the phone has the hardware for it.

I'm sure it does, but who says we get 2.2? We can only hope.

I don't know that the Eris' chip set includes FM modules.
 
so could this mean that instead of getting the ota android 2.1 the eris could just skip all the way to android 2.2? and will there be a whole bunch of leaked android 2.2s like there was for android 2.1 for the droid eris?

I find that those threads that come up right before posting a new thread are even better than the search function....

but by that time I'm already commited :p
