Just got my shipping confirm email for order 327384xxx. Says the estimated delivery is 4/28 shipped via FedEx 2Day service even though my order confirm says FedEx Standard Overnight. I know that means I might get it a day earlier than I thought, but they're not using the overnight shipping I picked when I ordered?

How is everyone finding out what number they are up to? When I try entering a different order number than mine, it tells me that they don't have data on the order...

if you read through this thread then you would have your answer! I am pretty positive that the numbers are in sequence but not all of them are inc's...therefor they are shipped out earlier and those order numbers are already processed! The inc's are processed in ordered they were received.....read back and you will see....the ppl that put in the numbers were dead on with the ppl that posted that their orders have been processed....so believe it or not all up to you...I am just defending the hard work ppl did....so take it for what it's worth!

I am the last person to try and offend someone - I am sorry about that. I really do appreciate everyones time and help with this!!! I was just a little lost and confused in the post that I was seeing... and to be honest, I didn't have time to see all the 450 - 500 some post that posted JUST TODAY.

Thanks for clarifying this for me - and thank you for all your hard work!

I ordered on 4/23 as well and mine is 327519xxx and I'm in the same boat as you.
 
OK I have two orders. One placed the 19th at @ 4 pm and one placed yesterday.

This morning the 19th order had changed from awaiting approval or Phone availability, to processed and should arrive in 2-3 days.

About a half hour ago I received an order shipped email with FedEx tracking number. As expected FedEx has no infor because shipment has not arrived at a FedEx facility.

My phone now shows not available for upgrade order pending (not exact words)

For those who have not received a notice or status change be patient. Also be kind to the CSR's They CAN NOT see pre-orders in their systems.

If you want a streight answer, call the internet orders team. They are the onlyones who can see the orders, and they are quite helpful. Here is their number. Use it and go direct to the source.

I noticed your guys fedex stuff says indirect signature required, does tis mean we HAVE too be there for them to leave it? can we leave a note on the door if for some reason we cant be there at delivery time?

I have left a note on my door previously without any issues. Just make sure you sign the note as they will take it for their records.

Just got my shipping email. It has the tracking number but there's no info for it on FedEx yet. Also, VZW website doesn't show that it's shipped yet.

After being notified of the shipping at 7:00 this morning, I just checked and it's finally in transit. It's now at the Philly FedX facility. I really thought there wouldn't be any activity until tomorrow morning.

I can only hope that I'll be getting an update shortly as well. I was notified of shipping at 7:14 this morning and it's been sitting at initiated ever since.
