Which section to ask support questions?

I noticed threads in the Samsung Galaxy S2 (International) - Android Forums largely go ignored.

So which is the appropriate section for asking support questions?

You could post them under S3 or S4 or the Android Lounge, but my guess is that the mods will just move them

Really? I see only 10 of the last 50 topics with zero replies, including your own question which was posted 19hrs ago. Members generally respond (a) when they are online and (b) if they have an answer/solution; sometimes that happens within minutes, other times it may take a day or so. Occasionally questons go unanswered simply because nobody can help.... it happens.

So which is the appropriate section for asking support questions?
