Help Saved YouTube video won't play within Scrapbook

After saving a YouTube video in the scrapbook, it doesn't play within the scrapbook as the demo from Samsung illustrates. Anybody else have this issue?
Is it because it only works that way on the non US models? I have the US model on Sprint.

Unfortunately the most recent update(s) to the YouTube app have taken this functionality away.

Blame Google.

To make it work, go to Application Manager, YouTube, and tap Uninstall updates. I keep automatic updates turned off in Play Store, settings.

Google might fix it in a future version, but it's anyone's guess whether that will happen.

The stock version of YouTube will at some point stop working, but perhaps not any time in the near future.

The other option is to hit the"share" button on the video and hit scrapbook. This will also work with the updated version of YouTube
