Is getting 4G or HSPA+ from T-Mobile possible on the CDMA GS3?

Basically I want to get tmobile reception on my metropcs cdma gs3, I cant get the new GS3 the metro sells, and I've seen that tmobiles speeds are much better than metro pcs'. Is there anyway to do it? If not I'll just wait to get a Nexus 5 on Metro and see how it goes.

It can't be done because they are different technologies that require different hardware. I don't believe it has the hardware to be used on gsm carriers.

Ya that's the thing im not sure because the phone has a sim card but only for 4g, i can take the sim out and still have service but no 4g. So what I'm thinking is that it uses gsm for lte only!, so maybe i can get tmobiles network. Ill post on the metro forum maybe they can give me an answer

The reason there is a Sim card slot for LTE is because LTE is a GSM based technology. You are using Metro's LTE network and not T-Mobile's LTE network when using that device. However, T-Mobile and Metro use the same frequency so that could be possible hypothetically. However it doesn't have the hardware to use HSPA, so there's no chance for that.
