Help Galaxy Reverb dying physically and emotionally

Ok, I bought this phone under reviews of people who used it with ICS and how great it was. I did a lot of research and bought this phone used. The person who had the phone before had already updated the OS to JB which is out of my control to switch back to ICS. This phone contstantly is giving me headaches. First the battery dies wayyyyyyy too quickly. If it sits in idle for an hour the battery has drained 20 percent and dies just sitting in idle for a couple hours. Most of all how I perceive this phone right now was a pre mature update. Samsung tried to make a lower priority phone a more updated model but coded the update that makes the Operating System to heavy on the Snapdragon S2. It loads the dialer in a lil over a full 40 seconds to a minute, fails sending, composing and reading text messages, screen becomes unresponsive, camera app corrupts photos after being taken, and it somehow managed to disconnect my 16 gb micro sd card without unmounting and corrupted the whole card :banghead: This is really pissing me off and if anyone else is having these problems please say something because im just apalled at its unresponsive performance. (For the record I am NOT moving to iphone cause of this, instead im getting a moto x on republic wireless next month) :D

That's why I gave my htc one sv to my lady...she had the pos galaxy reverb...nice looking, bad using..I went and purchased the lg optimus f7 for myself, and gave the sv to her. She died the performance and quality is like night and day...
